November 25

Today in class the students took notes on how to add integers. We then did some practice problems using math manipulatives. Tomorrow they will be learning how to subtract integers and next week they will learn how to multiply and divide integers. There was no homework tonight and their will not be any tomorrow. I hope everyone has a restful and relaxing time during Thanksgiving. 

November 21

The homework tonight is worksheet 5-10, solving fraction equations and students are to do questions 1-12. Below I have posted a video to help understand how to solve these because it is a hard concept to learn and many students have trouble learning it today.

November 20

There is no homework tonight because students worked on test corrections during class today. Every student did corrections this time because grades were so low that I have every student correct the questions they missed. The only homework students would have is if they are missing any homework from earlier this week.

November 19

The homework tonight is called multiplication and division equations and be sure to work your work for each problem.

November 18

Homework tonight is addition and subtraction equations worksheet. Be sure to show your work.

Week of November 11-15

The students will be benchmark testing in the mornings and doing boot camp work in the afternoon so no homework this week. 

Test Review and Answers

Here is the test review the students worked on during class today. I also have uploaded the answers and the work for each answer to help the students study for the test tomorrow.

November 5

The homework is worksheet 7-9, just the even problems. There will be a test review tomorrow and the test will be on Thursday. Also, all work is due on Friday for the end of the six weeks.

November 4

Homework tonight is worksheet 7-5. Also, some students have test corrections due tomorrow because they did not follow directions the first time we did test corrections so they have one more day to help their grade. All grades are due this Friday, November 8. The students will also have a math test on Thursday.
